The financial company, based on the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for the activities of a financial company, has the right to provide funds and banking metals on credit in accordance with the requirements established by the Law of Ukraine "On Financial Services and Financial Companies" and based on the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for foreign exchange operations in accordance with the requirements established by the Law of Ukraine "On Currency and Currency Operations" has the right to trade in currency values in cash form.
